Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible

Break and Steal an Egg Wiki (the "site") is an independent fan project. The editor is reachable at hello@breakandstealaneggwiki.com. There is no registered company behind the site.

2. What we collect

• No accounts. There is no sign-up, login, comment system or newsletter.
• No forms that store data. Contact happens by email; whatever you write in that email is stored in the mailbox only.
• Anonymous analytics. When analytics is enabled we record page views, referrer, approximate country, device type and browser. We do not record names, emails or Roblox usernames.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps short-lived request logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL) for security and abuse prevention.

3. Cookies and similar storage

The site itself sets no advertising cookies. Cookies may come from analytics and from embedded YouTube players, which are only loaded after you press play. Details are on the cookie policy page, including how to withdraw consent.

4. Third parties

• Hosting / CDN — serves the pages and keeps security logs.
• Analytics — aggregate traffic measurement only.
• YouTube — video pages embed public YouTube videos with the privacy-enhanced domain, loaded on click.
• Roblox — we read Roblox's public game endpoints to display player counts and thumbnails; no user data is involved.

5. Children's privacy

The game this site covers is popular with children, so the site is built to be safe for them. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 (or the local equivalent), we do not run personalised advertising, and we do not ask visitors to share Roblox usernames, passwords or account details. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, write to hello@breakandstealaneggwiki.com and we will delete it.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of personal data, and to object to processing. Because we collect almost nothing, most requests concern an email you sent us. Send requests to hello@breakandstealaneggwiki.com; we respond within 30 days.

7. Retention

• Emails: kept while the correction or request is open, then up to 24 months for reference.
• Analytics: aggregated, retained for up to 14 months.
• Server logs: retained by the hosting provider for a short security window.

8. International transfers

The site is served from a global CDN, so requests may be handled outside your country. Where required, transfers rely on standard contractual clauses offered by the providers.

9. Changes

Material changes are published on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
